HOW WE ARE WORKING
1- Selection of layout, approval3D models, contract conclusion
If you have decided on the model of the house and its layout and you already have a plot of land, you can conclude a contract for the production of your house.The advance payment upon conclusion of the contract is 20%, the price of the house will not change for you. Then 40% before production and weeks and 35 % after acceptance of the house at the factory. The remaining 5% is paid after the delivery of the house on the site, the deadlines for readiness are also fixed in the contract and depend on the queue at the factory.
2 – Home production
Each house is made for a specific customer and, despite the standard design and finish, has certain individual features (for example, the placement of sockets, kitchen communications) – we agree on them with you and launch the house into production.During the production process of houses, you can come and see how your house is being assembled, or receive photo and video reports at your request.
3 – Delivery and installation of the house
The modules leave the factory in maximum readiness – with interior finishing, windows, internal networks, a ready-made bathroom. They are delivered to your site on trailers.We carry out installation using a manipulator or a crane. Power installation of any model takes 1 day – by the evening the house is connected into a single volume, reliably sealed. Then we will need another 1-2 days for exterior finishing, window adjustment and interior cosmetic improvements.
